How to Remove Negative Thoughts



  1. Think about something or someone you like.
  2. Surround yourself with positive people.
  3. Listen good music or watch a light or comedy movie.
  4. Read some positive quotes or literature.
  5. Positive Posters also helps allot.
  6. Exercise or meditation is also a very good option. 
  7. If you are young and you aren't too sure about what to do, share with your parents. 


  • Smile! Life is too short to spend it miserably!
  • Go deeply into that feeling, be one with it. Give the voice to your feeling and ask him questions. Your voice of fear or anxiety will then tell you why it's there, what function it has and in what way it is helping you. You will be surprised.
  • Write down all your negative thoughts on a piece of paper then throw it away. Let your feelings go with the paper.

  • Be spiritual, God always show right path.
